Pre'Vail Natural Hair Pro Academy & Publications strives to ensure every customer receives their books in excellent condition. We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet the requirements outlined in this policy. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

  • We accept returns for books that arrive damaged. If your order was received in damaged condition, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorization.

  • You must notify us of any damage and submit your return request within 7 days from the date your package was delivered. Requests received after this timeframe may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

  • Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the buyer. However, depending on the nature and extent of the damage, we may choose to replace the book at no additional cost to the customer, including waiving return shipping requirements.

  • To help us evaluate your request, please provide:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the damage

    • Clear photos of the damaged book and any damaged packaging

    • The date the package was received

  • Once your claim has been reviewed, eligible orders may qualify for a refund or a replacement copy. In some cases, if the damage occurred during shipping and is verified through submitted photos, a replacement book may be sent free of charge without requiring the original book to be returned. Replacement decisions are made at our discretion based on the circumstances of each claim.
